Great for Savers Q&A

Want to know more about these value parcs and what makes them different to other Eurocamp locations? Follow our handy Q&A to find out all you need to know.

1. Where are the Great for Savers parcs located?

Value parcs can only be found in France and are based in some of our favourite locations, including the Riviera and Provence, Languedoc, and Brittany.

2. Eurocamp has lots of parcs in France - what makes Great for Savers locations different?

Most value parcs are set away from larger, busier resorts (there are a few exceptions with coastal parcs), which means you’ll enjoy a traditionally French experience, alongside local holidaymakers.

3. Is the full range of Eurocamp accommodation available at Great for Savers parcs?

These parcs offer a more limited choice of accommodation, typically our traditional Classic range. These models come fully equipped with everything you need for a great holiday, with more of a traditional design (reflected in the price).

4. Will I have to clean my accommodation when I arrive/leave?

The majority of our holidays require you to accept a Housekeeping Agreement and this applies to all our Value Parcs. This agreement is a reasonable request for you to leave your accommodation clean and tidy at the end of your holiday to enable us to prepare for our next arrivals without delay. Failure to do these small tasks will incur a penalty of up to €100.  The housekeeping agreement includes: 1. Empty the fridge and feezer and remove all other food from the cupboards 2. Remove all rubbish and dispose of / recycle using the parc facilities 3. Wash up and put all kitchen equipment away 4. Clean the BBQ 5. Pop any hired linen & towels on the kitchen table. To assist with this, in all our tents and mobile homes, we provide a tea towel, cloth, scourer, washing up liquid and BBQ brush.

5. Will I get a different kind of service if I book a Great for Savers parc?

Whatever range of Eurocamp parc you choose, we promise to provide exactly the same expert, friendly service we’re famous for.

Our holiday advisors are available 7 days a week to provide any advice and booking support you need (this includes travel, transfers and insurance). And of course, booking any holiday with us means that you’ll have all the financial protection that comes with our ABTA and ATOL bonding.

6. Will I get a different kind of service while staying at a Great for Savers parc?

Just like the booking process, we guarantee the same level of Eurocamp support when you’re on holiday too!

You’ll find English-speaking holiday reps on parc throughout your holiday, there to offer support and local knowledge when you need it. Just drop into our reception on site to find them!

7. Why do Great for Savers parcs generally cost less than Eurocamp's other parcs?

All holiday parcs are given a star rating, based on the breadth and quality of facilities available (just like hotels). Our standard parcs offer some of the finest facilities going and have 4* and 5* ratings, which is reflected in their price tag (just like hotels).

Value parcs have a limited range of facilities on offer and are mainly rated 3* or 4*. Whilst you will find a pool, sports and other activities on parc, their rating means we can offer them at the lowest possible price – 5* news, right?
