The atmosphere is easy going but there’s always plenty going on – from Zumba and yoga to live music and cocktail parties. There’s fun to be had at the water complex, where there’s brand new twisty waterslides, plus a new paddling pool and both the beach and solarium have been extended. Children are well-catered for at the kids’ club, too, where there’s a busy programme of sports, treasure hunts and discos.

There’s a beautiful beach less than a kilometre away, where you can take part in a variety of water sports including windsurfing, diving and paragliding. There’s lovely coastal walkways, and all the fun of Argelès-sur-mer - think fun fairs, water parks and shopping - right on your doorstep.

Le Neptune even takes the stress out of deciding what to do for dinner. Simply grab a slice at the parc pizzeria or take a leisurely stroll to the restaurant.

Eating and drinking is easy - and fun - at your parc. It welcomes you all week long to the pizzeria, restaurant, bar and snack bar. All you have to do is choose - from salads to pizzas, grilled meat and seafood specials to freshly made sandwiches and fries. Their bar is also the place to stock up on the essentials - ice cream and cocktails, of course!

Your parc is in Roussillon in the south of France, right on the border with Spain. It’s a fascinating area with a distinctly Spanish flavour, loved for its beautiful beaches, traditional towns and villages, and hilltop castles.

The closest town is Argelès-sur-Mer, a popular seaside resort at the foot of the Albères mountain range. You can easily spend a day wandering its maze of narrow streets, 14th century belltower and weekly markets. There’s also a wide stretch of sandy beach, where water sports are always on the agenda. Hit the waves and try some sea kayaking, windsurfing, diving or paragliding! 20 minutes away Perpignan is the last major town in Languedoc before you reach the Spanish border. And it enjoys a very lively mix of cultures. Half Catalan, half French, you’ll see the street names written in both languages.
