Béziers, an attractive old town and capital of the Languedoc wine industry, is just a short distance away and has an impressive cathedral and Roman arena. A visit to Sète, twenty-five miles away, makes a pleasant day out. For a fun day out visit Aqualand waterpark, nineteen miles away in the modern resort of Cap d'Agde. From Beziers, there are train links to Toulouse, Montpelier, Carcassonne and Perpignan.
