At 50 metres long, the large pool gives you the freedom to practise your breaststroke or float in your own space. There’s also a smaller children’s pool and a shallow junior pool, complete with mini water slides. Surrounded by a grassy sunbed area with a pool bar at its centre, there’s plenty of family fun on offer here.

Try a yoga session in the warm Croatian sun, hire a bike for coastal exploration or a canoe or boat (small extra charge) for coastal exploration of a different kind. Wth pedaloes, trampolines and an inflatable water course, this is as lively as it gets!

On the northwestern tip of the Croatian coastline, Valkanela is just a 30-minute walk from the 2,000-year-old fishing village, Vrsar. Its white buildings, red rooftops and emerald green waters are a delight to see, and there’s a busy marina where you can take a boat trip along the Lim Channel. Closer to home in the same bay as the parc, there’s plenty of opportunities to enjoy water activities, including jet skiing and even snorkelling, to check out the local marine life.
