Effortless family holidays by the sea is on offer when you stay at Le Port de Plaisance. Vibrant Bénodet, with its watersports and fine shopping is just a kilometre away, and the walled city of Concarneau is a particular Breton treasure you’ll adore exploring, as is pretty much every inch of the Cornouaille Coast.
The windswept promontory of Pointe du Raz really does have an ‘end of the world’ feel about it. France’s equivalent of Land’s End (the most western point of the mainland), is just over an hours' drive away and one of Brittany’s most popular landmarks.

Cascades du Moulin de la Pile is a lovely spot for hikes in the woods, with a series of ribbon-like waterfalls and cascades plunging into secret pools and fairytale-like chasms, great for a dip on a sunny day.
Capital of the Ardennes, Charleville-Mézières is a handsome riverside town, with elegant buildings, parcs and boulevards to explore.

And, if you fancy exploring two countries in one holiday, Germany is within easy reach. Nordhorn is your nearest German town, home to a great child-friendly zoo; Nordhorn Zoo. The charming city of Münster (voted as having the best quality of life in the world) is also joy to visit.

Outside your parc, Efteling theme park - the largest in the Netherlands - promises a day out full of thrills and fun. Head off in the other direction and you’ll discover the wide open spaces of Brabant’s national parks, where cycle rides, horse rides or even kayak safaris along the canals and waterways open up endless possibilities.
The Dunes of Loon National Park borders directly on the campsite, with their huge sand dunes, streams and forests. It’s a unique and otherworldly corner of the country, ripe for exploration.
