Discover Germany's largest theme park

Situated half way between Strasbourg and Frieburg (and only 10km from our Campingplatz Herbolzheim parc), Europa Park is a brilliant theme park that's sure to keep the whole family entertained.

The gargantuan indoor-outdoor water park, Rulantica is sure to be a hit with all the family. Heated to a permanent 32C, indoors there are 25 attractions, including 17 water slides including the Dugdrob and Vildfål; sending riders on almost-vertical, free-fall drop through neon-lit chutes!

If you are looking for thrills there are 13 roller coasters to challenge the brave - try out the Wodan Timburcoaster, this giant wooden ride reaches bone rattling speeds of up to 100 kilometres an hour, while the Blue Fire Megacoaster will have you turning upside down not once, but four times. If you don't mind getting wet, head for the Atlantica SuperSplash for some refreshing watery action - nobody will stay dry, guaranteed!

Younger family members are not excluded with a special Irish themed land, with three family friendly attractions and a large indoor play area. Children will also love the kingdom of Arthur and the Minimoys where ants take on mammoth proportions, alongside gigantic frogs and ladybugs! There really is something for everyone throughout the theme park, as well as shows for every taste, from musicals to ice skating, stunt shows and puppet shows. With so much to enjoy, you won't want to tear yourself away.
