Camping Playa Bara

This parc offers a premier pool complex with four pools, a sauna, whirlpool, Jacuzzi, solarium and spa. In July and August the kids can enjoy hours of fun whizzing down any of the six waterslides on offer. From manicures to massages, aromatherapy to holistic beauty treatments, this parc allows you to really indulge yourself. The kids will be dazzled by the abundance of slides and pools on offer, as well as the brilliant splash pool. Please note: the waterslides and splash pool are only open in July & August.

With eight terrific restaurants and three bars to choose from, you really will have a feast of a time at Camping Playa Bara. Try Ona de Bara, located on the ‘platja Llarga’ with wonderful sea views, for seafood, paella dishes and a wide variety of tapas. Head to Olympus for more tapas, or Les Gales for formal dining if you’re celebrating something special. Bars offer cool cocktails and nightly entertainment, discos and shows.

Take a trip south of the parc to the popular beach resort of Cambrils, where its superb beaches have been awarded with blue flag status, not forgetting the great choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The ancient city of Tarragona with its Roman amphitheatre and aqueduct is also within easy reach of the parc. Then for thrills and spills, spend a day at the excellent PortAventura theme park.
