The 2020 race has been re-scheduled and moved to the autumn; the Grand Départ of 2020 will take place on the 29th August in the city of Nice, with the 170km route on day 1 finishing with a sprint along the Promendade des Anglais. Day 2 again starts and ends in Nice with a trip into the mountains along the way. The races now finishes in Paris on the 20th September.
