Hop on a flight to Bizarritz before an easy transfer to this parc, and you’ll be within touching distance of a magnificent stretch of the Atlantic coast, perfect if you’ve got budding surfers in the family. If famous beaches are your bag, Biarritz beach is close by and it won’t be long before its town centre lures you. Back on parc you’ll find facilities like an outdoor pool, complete with waterslides and kids’ play area. Or why not try the indoor pool across the road that has a spa and balneo complex? It’s free in low season, with a small charge in July and August.

Direct sailings from Ireland to France are available from Cork to Roscoff with Brittany Ferries, Dublin to Cherbourg with Irish Ferries and Rosslare to Cherbourg with Stena Line.
